Broadcast on Thursday 26 January 2017. Our studio guests were Andy Hirons, Fundraising and Development Co-ordinator at Headway South East London & North West Kent (SELNWK) and Headway volunteers Jane Etheridge and Jan Luxton from Headway for Medway.
Listen to the show to hear about how this local branch of Headway are supporting those suffering with a brain injury and their families. Jane and Jan are active volunteers for the Headway for Medway group having both been affected in completely different ways by a brain injury. There’s plenty of ways you can help, even just telling your friends about the charity and what they do is a start. The charity receive no funding from the government so raising funds is vital for the charity to continue to support people who need their help.
