Broadcast on Thursday 12th December. Our studio guest was Rotarian Grace Kelly to talk about the work she does on Christmas Day. Six years ago she started a project to feed the homeless and those on their own who might not get a Christmas dinner on Christmas Day at the Salvation Army Hall in Chatham and in the first year fed a couple of dozen people. Last year her and her super team of volunteers made 130 dinners, 150 takeaways and 50 packed lunches for people in the Chatham area.
Listen to the show to find out who she does what she does, why she does it and what you can do to help if you’d like to be involved.
