We were joined via telephone by Kieran Draper, Customer Development Manager at Hospice in the Weald to tell us about the opening of their new furniture shop on Station Road in Edenbridge. Listen to the show to find out about this weekend’s big event, ‘Make us an offer’ which will be on at all the Hospice furniture shops on Saturday and Sunday. Their current volunteer recruitment campaign ‘Put your hand up‘ is working well to help HITW achieve their goal of reaching 500 new volunteers to help in ALL elements of the charity from working in the shops to delivering care. There is also a new campaign, ‘Forget Me Not Appeal‘ where you can dedicate a beautifully hand crafted ceramic forget me not flower in memory of a loved one.
