Broadcast on Thursday 3rd March 2016. Our studio guests were Carrie Wood, Manager and co-founder of SNAAP charity (Special Needs Advisory & Activities Project) based in Herne Bay, and Sally Laker who will be doing some fundraising for SNAAP and is co-founder of a deaf children’s football club. Listen to the show to find out about the many services, help and activities SNAAP are able to provide families across East Kent. Of course being a small charity SNAAP reliant on the generosity of volunteers and the general public for donations to be able to continue to provide the vast range of activities to children and their families.
There are plenty of ways you can support the charity – just take a look at their website for ideas or simply make a donation – www.snaap.org.uk. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Carrie and the team on 01227 367 555. SNAAP are particularly looking for donations to keep their minibuses running and have a dedicated Just Giving page set up: justgiving.com/minibuses
