Broadcast on Thursday 20th April 2017, our 100th show! Our show guest was Symone Salwan from Tonbridge Dementia Friendly Community (Tonbridge DFC) who are working with local businesses and organisations in Tonbridge to make them more dementia aware of their elderly and vulnerable shoppers. They are looking for as many local businesses as possible to join them at their free event on Friday 28th April at the Angel Centre in Tonbridge. Dementia Awareness Week is also taking place from 14th-20th May.

At 4pm there will be a Dementia Friends Awareness Session by Chris Parker and also a workshop led by Symone Salwan on ‘Becoming a Dementia Friendly Retailer in Tonbridge’. Please click here if you would like to enrol for the workshop which will last an hour and a half.
